Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  1. a) Purpose: All activities related to preparation, conclusion, proper implementation, and termination of contracts.
  • Processing period: Until the end of the contract, and afterward, for purposes such as securing possible claims.
  • Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

  1. c) Purpose: Implementation of activities carried out based on granted consents, such as informing about the Administrator and its business activities, marketing via electronic channels and telephone, preparing and sending commercial offers, and responding to inquiries.
  • Processing period: Until the consent is withdrawn.
  • Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
  1. Sources of Obtaining Personal Data

We collect personal data from the following sources:

  • Directly from you (e.g., data provided on forms, email correspondence, telephone contact).
  • Publicly available registers such as the National Court Register (KRS), Central Business Register (CEIDG), and National Business Registry (REGON).
  • Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) if you interact with our profiles.

The recipients of your personal data may include:

If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such transfer will be based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
