3. Purposes of Data Processing

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

1. a) Purpose: All activities related to preparation, conclusion, proper implementation, and termination of contracts.

• Processing period: Until the end of the contract, and afterward, for purposes such as securing possible claims.
• Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

• Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a).

4. Sources of Obtaining Personal Data

We collect personal data from the following sources:

• Directly from you (e.g., data provided on forms, email correspondence, telephone contact).
• Publicly available registers such as the National Court Register (KRS), Central Business Register (CEIDG), and National Business Registry (REGON).
• Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) if you interact with our profiles.
• Data obtained through cookies and tracking technologies when visiting our website.

5. Recipients of Personal Data

The recipients of your personal data may include:

• Public authorities or entities authorized by law to request data.

• The duration of cooperation with you or the entity you represent.
• 5 years for tax and accounting purposes, in accordance with Polish tax law.
• The period necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
• Until consent is withdrawn, in the case of marketing activities.

7. Transfer of Data to Third Countries

If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such transfer will be based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of data protection. This applies to services such as Google, Meta (Facebook), and other cloud-based solutions used by the Administrator.

• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Request restriction of processing.
• Object to data processing.
• Request data portability.
• File a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO) (https://uodo.gov.pl/).

9. Automated Decision-Making

Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making that has legal consequences for you. However, profiling may be used for marketing purposes, such as personalized offers, but this will not significantly affect your rights.
